Is she excited that her sperm donor Kanye West finally obliged her pleas and flew into the U.S from his base in Paris to spend quality time with her and save her from the tongue lashing she is receiving from the media on her being abandoned by her baby daddy that she forgot to wear her under garments on this her day out with her boo?
Perhaps, her plan which is definitely working, is to dress  inappropriately to give the media something else to talk about. And, as usual, she is having her way!!!
